Our Express Dock option is designed for clients seeking a functional, high-quality dock built efficiently without added features or custom design elements. This tier focuses on the essentials required for a safe and dependable dock system.
Includes:
Pressure-treated structural framing
Structural fasteners and hardware
High-quality float pods
Entry-level decking materials
Basic support system designed for stability
Does Not Include:
Railings, benches, or ladders
Bumper rails or accessories
Custom dock design or layout changes
Joist tape or advanced moisture protection
Multi-color decking or premium finishes

Tier 2: Standard Dock

The Standard Dock tier offers a step up in both design flexibility and finish level, while still maintaining a clean, efficient build approach. This tier is ideal for clients who want improved appearance and functionality without going fully custom.

Our Premium Dock tier represents the highest level of dock construction we offer. These projects are fully customized to site conditions, water fluctuations, and client preferences, using upgraded materials and advanced construction methods.

Aluminum or pressure-treated framing systems
Custom concrete stairs and/or access solutions
Bumper rails and multiple cleat configurations
Hidden fastening systems

Austin LoBue and his team did excellent work on two projects. The first was a wood fence and gate. They worked a good portion of the days in the rain to get it done. The second project was an extension of an existing sidewalk, concrete pad for hot tub, assembled a steel gazebo, and installed a chainlink gate. Austin and his helper Jonathan are wonderful! They built a super nice shelter for my RV and other equipment. Austin dealt with everything…..permits, the POA, materials, building plans, equipment, plus etc. I was kept informed of everything in advance. Very talented and thorough! Austin does fantastic work. He’s on time, works hard, and leaves the place cleaner than he found it. He removed a large trellis attached to the side of the house and repainted. He rebuilt the railing around the deck and painted, as well as removed an additional structure. His bid was spot on and method of payment is very convenient. Austin came through for us after 2 other contractors flaked out on building a dock for us. He was efficient and tidy, cleaning up after. By the time we hired him the weather turned cold and rainy, but the job got done and we are very happy with how it turned out. Austin and his crew installed a large cement front porch, with a 10 foot front roof extension and a 40 foot driveway on the front of my home. Work quality was above my expectations! Austin totally transformed my yard. He went way beyond what I imagined. He made me 2 flower boxes, poured concrete to define my yard, added rock and artificial grass. He also moved a chain link fence and added a white vinyl fence for an RV area. He was knowledgeable about putting a gopher barrier and what materials to use under the artificial grass. We had a disaster of a gravel driveway on a sloped elevation. It was mostly undrivable. I brought Austin in for advice on what to do with the mess of a situation. We ended up having him put in a concrete driveway. He did a fantastic job, especially impressive considering the challenging topography and needing to work around an electronic gate and property fence.
